2024-2025 is the 21st year for the the Bowl Challenge!
The first year was won by Austin Harrington, who made a great comeback to win. Finishing a close second was Phillip Duane Huneck. In total there were 13 people in the contest.
The second year there was a modified bowl picking challenge, it was a small 10 person BCS bowl picking challenge. This year there was a tie between Nick DiRenzo and Brandon Bacarri.
The third year was a huge success, with 37 people entering. The winner was David Huneck. Coming in second was Ryan Fenker. Complete standings for the third year are below, along with that year's contestant picks.
The fourth year was an even bigger success with 68 entries. Gus Springmann proved victorious in a race to the finish beating John Huneck and John Carroll at the last minute. Complete standings for the fourth year are below alnog with that year's contestant picks.
The fifth year of the HBBC broke the record for most entries with 76 people! The top three finishers were (1) Matt Povlock, (2) Max Roesler, and (3) Jordan Rosswurm. Complete standings and contestant picks are below.
HBBC VI was another great success. Scot Polley won the contest due to a tie breaker. The two people he tied with were Ann Brunner and Thomas Zehr. Complete Standings and Contestant Picks are below.

HBBC VII was #1. Tim Kaminski broke the all time points record.

HBBC VIII was one of our smaller challenges but one of the best. Nick DiRenzo edged out Paul Stange to become the first ever repeat Bowl Challenge Champion.

HBBC IX saw Mike Gloudemans win the last five games to defeat Tim Kaminski, who was looking to become a repeat champion.
In 2013/14 the HBBC celebrated its ten year anniversary with 41 entries and had the largest winnings of all time. Zach Richardville won and Jordan Rosswurm finished second.
Brien Blackburn won HBBC XI in a landslide! He broke the record for most points ever scored with 240, beating second place Mike Thill by 40 points. Former winner Matt Povlock finished third.
Cortlin Simpson broke the all time points record to win the third largest bowl challenge, and largest in 7 years. Joey Beglane finished in second place and Nathan Pierson finished in third.

Burt Brunner won HBBC XIII in a very tight race. Joey Beglane finished second place for the second year in a row.

Thomas Brunner won HBBC XIV, keeping the trophy in the Brunner family. Logan Hofer clinched second place by beating Lewis DeLosa on the fourth tiebreaker!

Andrew Blackburn won HBBC XV adding a chapter to the Blackburn dynasty, and Joe Dustman finished second.
​
Emily Hatke shattered the glass ceiling and won HBBC XVII. She won by a huge margin of 47 points over Tim Kaminski.
​
In a unpredictable bowl season full of cancelled games, some things remained the same. The trophy stayed in the Saint Louis with the Hatkes. Mike Hatke beat Emily Hatke by virtue of the 4th tiebreaker!

In the 18th edition of the Challenge, Sam Thill won and Tim Brunner finished second.

In the 19th edition of the Challenge, Quinn White won in a landslide!
​
Moe Talamantes won the 20th anniversary in one of the highest scoring challenges, beating Brien Blackburn 261-239.
